Delicious and easy making noshes for everyone!

Dear my all friends,

It takes time for you to cook something delicious nowadays, especially someone who has to work a long day. However, making food is a relaxing way and brings new experience to your life. I do not mention something so big here that cooking is the way to keep your man (boyfriend, husband, etc.), just to satisfy yourself.

There are several other noshes or street food that you can eat everywhere in Vietnam. The eating place can be on a pavement in a small line or in a small house. As the eaters are mostly students, the price is very affordable. In my memory, after class was the most wonderful time riding around to discover and taste some noshes with friends. Some small places can be near our school or somewhere that a friend had experienced. One of our favorite snacks was fresh spring rolls. Frankly, I can spend whole day to list how many kinds of spring rolls that we, students, like madly. We have fresh spring roll with boiled shrimp and pork rolled with couple of chives onions, little of fresh rice noodle, and then deep into hoisin mixed with fried shallot and peanut sauce. So yummy! Another fresh spring roll is a roll of lettuce, Thai basil, Vietnamese sausage, small fried shrimps and steamed jicama. Actually, fresh spring rolls are extremely made, just roll any food you like inside a rice paper.

So, this blog will share you some noshes (snacks, fast food...) that i am cooking everyday in Finland. As a Nordic country, it is not easy to find all materials i need like in Vietnam. However, with different materials can be found in Finland, we still can make similar tastes as Vietnamese noshes (at least my tongue tastes like that).
